I have thoroughly read, understand and agree to all policies, costs, fees, procedures and responsibilities BEFORE placing a deposit. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE (ALWAYS TRANSFERRABLE)

I understand that this is a major life decision and should NOT be an impulse buy or a gift for someone not able and prepared to care and devote time and energy to a puppy. Puppies are an expense and require daily attention and devotion. Your puppy will live with you for a long time and you are accepting the responsibility of their love and care for years to come.

I have taken the time to research the breed I am interested in. I have educated myself on all possible health issues that may arise in my dog's future. I am commited to provide any and all medical care that my dog may need throughout his or her lifetime.

I fully understand that timing is completely up to mother nature as far as when puppies are born. There is no guarentee when it comes to nature. The breeder will give you their best educated guess on when your puppy will be born but we do ask for reasonable understanding.

I am in complete understanding that ALL Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and I will not place a deposit lightly. Placing a deposit means I am taking a spot on the waitlist and I have full intention of getting a puppy. I also understand that deposits are always transferable and can be delayed indefinitely.
