If you have been approved for 1st or 2nd pick of the litter spots you 

are aware you have to pay additional fees. 1st pick is $500 and 2nd pick is an additional $300. Both of the fees have to be paid up front and are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are offered a puppy sooner than your original litter and it is not a 1st or 2nd pick spot your fees will go towards your puppy price. Please do not pay the 1st or 2nd pick fee unless given permission by us and told the spot is available.

Breeders always reserve the right for Breeder's Choice of the litter.
